EXPAND EARLY VOTING.
ENCOURAGE CONGRESS TO PASS LEGISLATION TO
SET MINIMUM EARLY VOTING REQUIREMENTS FOR STATES
Congress should pass legislation that requires every state to offer early, in-person voting for (at least) a minimum of two full weeks before Election Day. The hours should include weekend and evening hours.
